Online services

Please see this page for our online access policy.
Following new legislation, most people over 16 can now see new information added to their health record by default. This includes notes from appointments, test results, and letters. You can view this via the NHS App, NHS website, or another GP online app you use. If you don’t want to see your record, speak to your GP.

AccuRx

Submit a request on the accuRx website or in the NHS App to:

  • Ask a question
  • Ask about a non-urgent medical problem
  • Get information on self-care and community services
  • Request a sick note
  • Request medication

SystmOnline / AirMid app

You can order repeat prescriptions via this website (there’s an app too), as well as booking specific appointment types – these appointments are subject to availability, and most appointments are still arranged through AccuRX or over the phone.

This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure. To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.
