AccuRx
Submit a request on the accuRx website or in the NHS App to:
- ask a question
- ask about a medical problem
- get information on self-care and community services
- request a sick note
- request medication
Your request will be considered by the GP-led team, and you will be told what will happen next within 1 working day. This may be:
- an appointment the same day or in the future
- a telephone call or text message asking for further information
- a call or message with appropriate advice, or information about a suitable service.
- a call or message to let you know that something else is happening, and we will keep you updated.
This online service is available 8am – 6:30pm. If our capacity is limited by unforeseen circumstances, submission of acute medical issues through this service may be paused.
SystmOnline / AirMid app
You can order repeat prescriptions via this website (there’s an app too), as well as booking specific appointment types – these appointments are subject to availability, and most appointments are still arranged through AccuRX or over the phone.
This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure. To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.
