In January 2023, 65 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 94% were extremely likely or likely to recommend us to their friends and family which is lovely to read. Of the 4 patients who were less happy, most concerns were to do with frustration that appointments were running later than the booked time. We understand how frustrating it is to have to wait but the wait times were not longer than 20 minutes and most patients reported receiving an apology at the time.
We started collecting Friends and Family Test responses from patients again in July 2022, after a pause during the Covid pandemic. We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond. Patients who have had pre-booked face-to-face appointments should receive a text message asking for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card (available at reception).
