In Jun 2023, 69 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 97% of responses were either neutral, positive, or very positive! Of the negative responses, they almost all related to cancelled appointments. This month has seen lots of staff illness, and though we give as much notice as possible, we understand why this will sometimes lead to frustration.
We started collecting Friends and Family Test responses from patients again in July 2022, after a pause during the Covid pandemic. We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond. Patients who have had pre-booked face-to-face appointments should receive a text message asking for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
