In April 2023, 75 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 94% were extremely likely or likely to recommend us to their friends and family which is lovely to read. Of the 2 respondents who had ticked ‘Extremely unlikely’, one had written “excellent service from all staff” – great but confusing!
We started collecting Friends and Family Test responses from patients again in July 2022, after a pause during the Covid pandemic. We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond. Patients who have had pre-booked face-to-face appointments should receive a text message asking for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
