Leeds CCG is starting a 3-year project to change and improve support for adults and older adults living with moderate to severe mental illness and complex needs. In Leeds, we’re working in partnership to deliver this vision. They will be developing and testing new ways of offering mental health services and looking at how services can work better together.
Community mental health hubs that support health and wellbeing and ensure people get the support they need when they need it will be piloted in some areas of Leeds. The scheme will then be expanded across the city.
It’s important that the team collaborate with as many people in Leeds as possible, as well as building on the wealth of feedback and experience they already have.
To start these conversations, Leeds CCG will be hosting two introductory briefing sessions (on 9 and 14 July), via Zoom. You can attend to find out more about this work, share your feedback and learn how you can help shape community mental health services in Leeds.
