If you are experiencing joint pain and swelling, mobility problems, pins and needs/ numbness/ tingling or have a recent joint or muscle injury then the physiotherapist will arrange a call with you to assess the issue and give a provisional diagnosis. They can also give information on pain relief, appropriate exercises and can arrange follow-up telephone or face-to-face appointments, including referral on via the GP if necessary.
