In September, 41 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice, a much smaller sample than usual. 87% of these were still Positive or Neutral. There are lots of kind words about different staff. Some responses tell us we can still improve how we communicate about appointments.
Patients who have had face-to-face or telephone appointments should receive a text message afterwards to ask for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card copy (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
