In June, 154 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 91% of responses were Positive or Neutral. After a tough April with lots of staff illness, May and June feedback is much more typical, and with so many responses, there is lots of useful feedback to act on. Thanks for your contributions!
We started collecting Friends and Family Test responses from patients again in July 2022, after a pause during the Covid pandemic. We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond. Patients who have had pre-booked face-to-face appointments should receive a text message asking for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
