In July, 57 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 93% of responses were Positive or Neutral. Responses show that many patients are pleased at how quickly we can offer appointments. Negative responses include complaints about the outsourcing of hospital services to private companies, which we would certainly fix for you if we could…!
We started collecting Friends and Family Test responses from patients again in July 2022, after a pause during the Covid pandemic. We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond. Patients who have had face-to-face or telephone appointments should receive a text message afterwards to ask for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
