Latest Friends & Family results
In July, 230 patients used our Friends & Family questions to tell us about their experiences at the practice. 93% of these were Positive or Neutral. Some excellent feedback for all staff teams. Please remember that these responses are anonymous and so we can’t investigate specific experiences or medical requests!

Patients who have had face-to-face or telephone appointments should receive a text message afterwards to ask for feedback, but anyone is welcome to let us know how they feel about the service we provide using the link on our website or by completing a card copy (available at reception). We also encourage you to leave a review on our Google page or on the NHS Choices website.
