A bit late to the party but yesterday was World Obesity Day. However, it’s never to late to think about taking steps to lose weight. Over the past year some people have got fitter, some have got fatter (I fall into the second group unfortunately but am trying to do something about it).

There’s also evidence that people with a BMI above 30 are at greater risk of complications from Covid. Even losing a bit of weight and getting a bit more active can reduce your risk of developing long-term health conditions.
