A new tool for contacting your GP practice has been commissioned by the regional NHS primary care service. PATCHS will replace eConsult which many of you have used, and offer a great set of features including instant translation, smart help even when out-of-hours, and a easy way to submit queries to your GP.
As of Monday 27th March, you will find the PATCHS banner on our homepage; give it a click and either login via your NHS app or fill in a couple details to create an account.
