We have now been running the ‘PATCHS’ system for about 3 months, and after a very swift transition by the powers above us, and therefore somewhat a rocky start, we have begun to see the benefits.
The platform is being continuously improved as they respond to feedback (from both patients and staff), and the road-map ahead promises lots of great features. Notably, you can now link your account to your NHS account, and see medical records, request medication, and book appointments.
Thank you for your patience while we embedded Patchs into our working processes, and do have a go if you have not used it before.
