After a difficult trial period using PATCHS as our patient communication portal, we have decided to return to a software that we have used previously, and who have developed a number of really useful features and tools: AccuRX.
You will see the green banner on the homepage, which takes you to a really easy-to-use request service.
We hope that moving to this service will ease communication for both patients and staff – your feedback is of course very welcome in helping us understand what works well, and what does not.
